(Eagle News) — Criminal and administrative charges will be filed against the Special Action Force member who was caught in a pot session in Taguig on Saturday, June 2.

National Capital Regional Police Office head Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar said in a radio interview on Sunday, June 3, that to be charged was P03 Lyn Tubig, who already faces administrative charges for being absent without leave.

Tubig was caught in the session after police, in a follow up operation on a jewelry theft in Barangay Tuktukan around 12:30 p.m., followed a man who appeared to be carrying a gun inside the house where it was being held.

Eleazar said Tubig is also facing grave misconduct charges.
