(Eagle News)—–Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected in Metro Manila and other parts of the country as the southwest monsoon affects the western portion of Luzon.
In an advisory on Sunday, July 29, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said apart from Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Palawan, Central Luzon and Mindoro will experience the same.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
In the western section of southern Luzon, coastal waters are expected to be moderate to rough, while those in the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.
