(Eagle News)–Light rains are expected in parts of the country on Wednesday, March 13, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
In an advisory, PAGASA said Batanes and Cagayan will have cloudy skies with light rains caused by the frontal system.
Isabela and Aurora will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have only partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
In Northern Luzon, moderate to strong winds are expected, with moderate to rough waters.
Light to moderate winds will prevail over the rest of the country, where slight to moderate waters will prevail.
