(Eagle News)—A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Southern Leyte on Friday, March 29.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 1 kilometer northwest of Hinunangan at 3:27 a.m.
The depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 9 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
