Partly cloudy skies expected in parts of PHL today

(Eagle News)–Partly cloudy skies are expected in parts of the country today, March 30, as the easterlies affect southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

According to PAGASA, flashfloods during severe thunderstorms are expected.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also experience partly cloudy skies.

According to PAGASA, the  eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to occasionally strong winds and moderate to occasionally rough coastal waters.

Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.

The weather bureau said the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
