(Eagle News)–The police are looking at the possibility the killing of a retired police official in Albay was politically motivated.
Philippine National Police spokesperson Col. Bernard Banac said authorities were also looking at the possibility Communist rebels were behind the killing of former Camarines Sur provincial director Col. Ramiro Bausa.
Bausa, who was running for councilor, was shot dead on Wednesday, April 10, in Barangay Cagbacong.
“Sa ngayon patuloy pa rin ang imbestigasyon na isinasagawa ng Legazpi City police station..,” Banac said.
