(Eagle News)—A 3.5-magnitude quake hit Negros Occidental on Thursday night, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
PHIVOLCS said the quake struck 108 kilometers southwest of Sipalay at 10:28 p.m.
The depth of focus of the quake, which was of tectonic origin, was 46 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
