(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Norte on Saturday, April 27.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 65 kilometers southeast of General Luna at 7:10 a.m.
The quake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 7 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
