The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Quezon and Camarines provinces will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains as the Northeasterly Surface Windflow affects Northern Central Luzon.
Ilocos Region and the Cordillera Administrative Region, PAGASA said, woll have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.Metro
Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
