Localized thunderstorms affecting Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro
(Eagle News)–The easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers also due to localized thunderstorms affecting Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro.
The entire Visayas, Palawan including the Kalayaan Group of Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms, too.
Mindanao will also experience the same conditions.
Flashfloods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
The whole country, PAGASA said, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
