3.9-magnitude quake hits Negros Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Negros Oriental on Thursday, Nov. 12.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 7:25 a.m., had its epicenter 12 kilometers northwest of Siaton.

It had a depth of 17 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
