(Eagle News) — A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Northern Samar on Friday, Nov. 27.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 4:24 a.m., had its epicenter 18 kilometers northeast of Catarman.
It had a depth of 17 kilometers, and was tectonic in origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
