(Eagle News)–The easterlies are affecting the Philippines.
As a result, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
The same conditions are expected in the rest of the Philippines.
PAGASA said flash floods or landslides are possible during heavy rains.
Light to moderate winds are expected, PAGASA said, while slight to moderate coastal waters will be seen across the country.
