(Eagle News) — Over 100 more COVID-19 cases have been reported among police personnel.
The Philippine National Police said the additional 125 cases pushed its total COVID-19 cases to 38,332.
Of these, 2,412 are active.
Recoveries rose to 35807 with the addition of 324 recoveries.
The PNP COVID-19 death toll is still at 113, with no additional deaths reported.
The PNP has said over 50 percent of the police force have been vaccinated.
PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar received his first COVID-19 jab in June.
The vaccination of police personnel who are members of the A4 category is ongoing.
