(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte early Saturday, Nov. 6.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 2:25 a.m.
It had its epicenter 71 kilometers southeast of General Luna.
The depth of focus was eight kilometers.
According to PHIVOLCS, the earthquake was of tectonic origin.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
