(Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Saturday, Jan. 1.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 2:17 a.m.
It had its epicenter 23 kilometers southeast of Manay.
The depth of focus was 23 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
