4.0-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Occidental

(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Tuesday, March 1.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 7:21 a.m.

The quake struck 327 kilometers southeast of Balut Island.

The depth of focus was 96 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
