4.1-magnitude earthquake strikes off Davao Oriental

(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Monday, Aug. 15.

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:38 a.m.

The epicenter was 65 kilometers southeast of Tarragona.

The depth of focus was 12 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
