(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar on Monday, Nov. 14.
According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 6:54 a.m.
The depth of focus was 45 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
