(Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan and Mindanao.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Zamboanga Peninsula, Palawan, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms as a result.
Flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains are possible.
Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, meanwhile, will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA said extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate winds and coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
