Rest of PHL affected by easterlies, PAGASA says
(Eagle News)–The shear line is affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the easterlies are also affecting the rest of the country.
As a result, Isabela and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Flashfloods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are expected.
Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country, meanwhile, will experience the same conditions.
According to PAGASA, the entire country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
