MUNTINLUPA City, April 15 (Eagle News Service) — The Correctional Institution for Women (CIW) is ready to accept Janet Lim Napoles if ever she is ordered to serve her sentence of reclusion perpetua in the said institution. Napoles was convicted guilty for serious illegal detention of Benhur Luy.
