QUEZON City, April 15 (Eagle News) — House Deputy Majority Leader and Valenzuela Congressman Magtanggol Guinigondo criticized the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for its insistence in implementing the e-filing of the annual income tax return (ITR) even if said system still has many glitches.
