According to the weather bureau’s forecast on Monday (April 20), the whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East to Southeast with slight to moderate seas.
