QUEZON City, Philippines, April 22 (Eagle News) — House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte assured the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) that the Congress will consider the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) when the session of the Congress starts in May despite the issues facing said law.
