MANILA, Philippines, April 22 (Eagle News) — Former Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairman Sixto Brillantes is convinced that the COMELEC should not appeal the voided contract between the COMELEC and Smartmatic, adding that the decision of the Supreme Court (SC) should be respected, especially in this case, when said decision was unanimous.
