MANILA, Philippines, May 8 (Eagle News) — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) banned sea travel in areas that will be in the path of “Dodong”. The PCG has also prepared its emergency units and asked those who are inhabiting coastal areas to be prepared for evacuation.
