MANILA, Philippines, May 19 (Eagle News) – – The eleventh division of the Court of Appeals (CA) issued a two-paged resolution asking Senator Antonio Trillanes to explain why he should not be cited for contempt for his allegations of CA justices accepting bribes from the Binay camp.
