VALENZUELA City, Philippines, May 19 (Eagle News) — The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) revealed that the local government of Valenzuela City issued a provisional business permit to Kentex Manufacturing Corporation despite lacking a fire safety inspection certificate.
