MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – According to the Department of National Defense, there is no anomaly in any of the transactions connected to the refurbishment of UH1 helicopters. From the start of the bidding on the said chopper deal, the DND alleged that they have been transparent and have even invited proponents to ensure the openness and fiarness of the said deal.
