PASAY City, Philippines, June 8 (Eagle News) — Despite the continuous clearing operations conducted at the Roxas Boulevard , most of the street dwellers in the said road continue to return despite their bedding’s being confiscated and given fares to return to their home provinces. Government enforcers continued to exercise maximum tolerance despite the violent protest of some of the street dwellers.
