MANILA, Philippines, June 22 (Eagle News) — According to the Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma, the second part of the three-part documentary of the government regarding the West Philippine Sea would be launched today at the Facebook fan page of President Benigno S. Aquino III and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
