QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), an inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will cause rains in the Visayas and Mindanao as well as in Mindoro and Palawan.
But the PAGASA added that it is still not the start of the rainy season.
