MANILA, Philippines, July 15 (Eagle News) — President Benigno S. Aquino III declared in Proclamation No. 1072 that November 18 and 19, 2015 will be special non-working holidays in the National Capital Region (NCR) due to the Asia-Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) meeting that will be held in the said dates in Metro Manila.
