QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA), tropical storm “Goring” will leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) within a period of 24 hours but has managed to maintain its strength.
The PAGASA is also monitoring another low pressure area near Cagayan.
