MANILA, Philippines, July 27 (Eagle News) – Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma asked the public to watch President Noynoy Aquino’s sixth and last State of the Nation Address (SONA) to be aware of the ongoing programs of the administration geared towards the development of the country.
