DSWD defends slow rehabilitation of Yolanda struck areas

MANILA,Philippines, Aug 3 (Eagle News) — Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman defended the slow rehabilitation process of areas struck by super-typhoon Yolanda, saying that there is a lack of structural engineers as well as the slow liquidation process of the local government.

This is in response to the criticism of the United Nations regarding said slow rehabilitation.
