QUEZON City, Philippines, August 26 (Eagle News) — Pasig City representative Roman Romulo is asking for the rescinding of the intelligence fund of the Bureau of Customs (BOC), just in time for the strong criticisms faced by said bureau due to its aborted balikbayan box policy.
Romulo added that the BOC should be investigated as to how it spends its intelligence funds as smugglers continue to be active and able to bypass the Bureau of Customs.
