MANILA, Philippines, August 26 (Eagle News) — Vice President Jejomar Binay reacted to the new allegations of anomalies that arose from the continuation of the Senate probe against him, admitting that some of the senior citizen beneficiaries are not residents of Makati City but are able to give their service to said city.
