MANILA, Philippines, September 8 — Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, CARAGA and the Province Of Palawan due to the effects of southwest monsoon or “hanging habagat”, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced on its weather forecast on Tuesday.
According to PAGASA, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate. (PAGASA)
