BELGIUM, Europe, September 10 (Eagle News) — The European Union announced that it has completed a comprehensive plan regarding the refugee situation that the continent is facing, with the 140, 000 refugees being divided among the member-states. Most of the refugees are asylum-seekers from Syria.
