MANILA,Philippines – According to the Ibon Foundation, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit is not the answer to the economic development of the Philippines, adding that the terms of the commitment made by the 21 countries like corporate control on intellectual property rights, international dispute settlement mechanisms as well as the free trade agreement will have negative impacts in our economy, especially when it comes to labor and employment.
