The climate in Baguio City and the province of Benguet continues to go down with the temperature reaching 13 degrees Celsius this morning.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said temperature will continue to go down until February and vegetable farmers are asked to prepare for frostbite.
