The Senate approved the Salary Standardization Law or the SSL-4 that will augment the compensation given to government employees. Nineteen senators approved said law while none voted against.
Included in those that will receive an augment are police, nurses, doctors and other government employees. Said increase will be spread out for a period of four years starting this year.
