QUEZON City, Philippines – For the first time, Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ricardo Marquez did not hide his anger regarding the continued questioning of several groups and individuals of the truth behind the death of terrorist bomb expert Marwan. Marquez added that said groups should back up their insinuations with evidence and if they don’t have any, they should better shut up.
