QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), with the start of the dry season coupled with the El Niño phenomenon, the public should expect record-breaking high temperature. PAGASA added that everybody should be careful and should take measures to avoid heat stroke.
