P205-m pork barrel scam: Plunder raps filed vs. Bongbong Marcos

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — An anti-Marcos youth movement — called Ibalik ang Bilyones ng Mamamayan or IBBM — filed a complaint for plunder against Senator Bongbong Marcos Jr., for his alleged involvement in the multi-billion-peso pork barrel scam.

IBBM spokesperson, Rafaela David said the complaint stemmed from Marcos’ alleged allocation of 205-million pesos worth of his pork barrel to the six of the alleged fake non-government organizations allegedly owned by Janet Lim Napoles.

Marcos is currently running for the vice presidential elections.

Rafaela David Spokesperson, Ibalik ang Bilyones ng Mamamayan said and here we quote:

“BBM was actually implicated in Benhur files, yung name niya at malaking portion ng kaniyang PDAF ay napunta sa mga bogus NGO ni Napoles, gusto natin maiimbestigahn sakaling mapatunayan na nagplunder si BBM.”

Enclosed with their affidavit is a copy of 9 special allotment request orders or SAROS from the senator’s pork barrel.

“Very timely pa kasi tumatakbo siya sa pagka VP, the secongd highest position in the country, di namin hahayaan magkaroon ng VP na sangkot sa Napoles scam; panagutin mga may kinalaman sa PDAF at di maluklok sa pwesto,” David added.

Meanwhile, vice presidential candidate Senator Bongbong Marcos Jr., shrugged off the latest issue being hurled against him regarding the filing of plunder charges before the Office of the Ombudsman over the PDAF.

In an interview at his unity caravan in Las Piñas, Marcos branded the case as politicking by the people since its election season.

The senator noted that the case filed against him was an old issue.

Alleged PDAF mastermind Janet Lim Napoles had long cleared Marcos of his involvement in the controversy in the judicial affidavit she submitted before the senate blue ribbon committee at the height of the hearings.
