MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Foreign Affairs consider as a security threat the lighthouse constructed by China in the artificial island in Subi Reef. The DFA added that said act is a violation of China in the declaration that it made with the Association of South East Asian Nations regarding the conduct of parties in said disputed territories.
