QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the PAGASA, Metro Manila reached 36.3 degrees Celsius yesterday at 3 in the afternoon. PAGASA continues to remind the public to avoid harsh sunlight from 10 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon in order to prevent heat stroke.
