QUEZON City, Philippines – President Benigno S. Aquino III’s statement regarding the attempted kidnapping against Saranggani Representative Manny Pacquiao and the president’s sister Kris Aquino. The president added that the two will be used as a bargaining chip in order to free their imprisoned comrades.
